Hi, I’m Cheryl—a Chef with over a decade of experience in the kitchen and a deep belief that food brings people together.
After graduating from the Culinary Arts program at SAIT in 2016, I dove headfirst into the food industry. From the fast-paced line of Calgary’s downtown restaurants, teaching continuing education cooking classes at SAIT, catering a variety of events at a conference centre in Cochrane, to feeding the young minds of the next generation.
Since 2017, I’ve been focused on preparing nutritious, comforting meals for childcare facilities—but something more personal started to take shape. Friends and fellow parents—burnt out from long workdays—began turning to me for help. They didn’t want to spend their evening hours in the kitchen; they just wanted to enjoy dinner with their families.
That’s where this business comes in. I’m here to take the stress out of mealtime for busy families. My goal isn’t just to fill your fridge with homemade meals—it’s to give you back your time, and help create those special everyday moments around the dinner table.
Good food, even better company. When I cook for you, I’m not showing up as paid help—I’m showing up as a friend who wants to make your life a little easier and your mealtimes a lot tastier.
